We may ask for your help to help return damaged pieces. We will arrange a courier to pick these up, but we may ask you to package them back up and attach a shipping label then leave them somewhere safe for pickup, to help them get back to us. All our pieces are fully insured during the shipping process for additional peace of mind. If you have changed your mind about your print, you can ship it back to us at your expense for store credit. We can also arrange a courier for you for a $30 flat rate which will be deducted off your store credit.
